June is more than just another month on the calendar. It’s a time to honor strength, resilience, and hope. It’s National Cancer Survivor Month, a time to celebrate those who have triumphed over cancer and recognize that those that are cancer-free still live with lasting effects. This June, you can be a part of raising money to support research to find safer treatments so that survivors can grow up to live long and healthy lives through the St. Baldrick’s 50-Mile Challenge.

What is the 50-Mile Challenge, you ask? It’s a call to action, a virtual journey where participants commit to completing 50 miles throughout the month of June. Whether you walk, run, bike, swim, or choose any other activity, every step you take will make an impact in the lives of children battling cancer.

How it Works

What: Complete 50 miles your way – walk, run, bike, swim, or any other activity of your choice.

When: From June 1st to June 30th, join us in this month-long challenge.

Who: You! Whether you embark on this journey solo or with friends and family, every mile counts.

Where: Anywhere! This is a virtual challenge, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own neighborhood or wherever you choose to get active.

Why: To give kids with cancer hope for a brighter future. Your efforts will support vital research that aims to improve the lives of childhood cancer survivors.

Why it Matters

Childhood cancer is a battle no child should face alone. By participating in the 50-Mile Challenge, you’re not only raising funds but also raising awareness for childhood cancer research. Your commitment helps pave the way for lifesaving treatments and gives survivors the chance to thrive long after their diagnosis.

Join the Movement

This June, let’s move together towards a cure. Whether you walk, run, bike, or swim, your participation in the 50-Mile Challenge can make a real difference in the fight against childhood cancer. Every mile brings us closer to a future where all kids with cancer can grow up without the late effects of cancer treatment.
